English garden

We did this informal English garden design for a family home near London, Ontario. Plain front yard was turned into lush, informal garden with a mixture of ornamental grasses and perennials that will be blooming the whole season. Butterflies and bees are going to love it, as well as the passerby. A special semi-hidden seating spot in the front yard was reserved for the homeowners to enjoy their sun bathed garden. 

Side entrance is marked with a beautiful arbor with Wisteria vine leading to the back garden full of various space use for the whole family. Existing deck has received steps from two opposite sides for easier accessibility, and it will serve as an outdoor dining area providing a view to the pool and outdoor seating with pergola. Vegetable garden was placed at the side of the house where it will receive enough sunlight during the day. Designing the children playground and a separate seating at the far end of the yard, will make this backyard a place for the whole family, where they will create a many happy memories.
